Lynn Lesieur is director, administration and operations, for the Boston office of ��������; Lardner LLP. She oversees the finance, budgeting and human resource functions and is responsible for all aspects of operations.

Lynn has over 20 years of experience leading key initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability for rapid growth organizations. Her contributions have been recognized in Foley’s being named “Most Admired Law Firm in Massachusetts” and a “Best Place to Work” by the Boston Business Journal. For the firm’s 175^th Anniversary and National Hunger Awareness month, she led “Foley Feeds Families”, a national initiative that provided 342,000 meals to families in need. She has directed national productivity programs for a Fortune 100 corporation and has held various senior management positions with a national real estate development and management company. Prior to joining the legal industry, Lynn was an executive vice president in the business insurance industry. Before joining ��������; Lardner, she was executive director of the Boston office of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C.

Lynn holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Suffolk University. She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and has chaired fundraising initiatives to end elder homelessness. Lynn has an extensive history as mentor to Boston’s youth: providing guidance on career strategy, credit, healthcare and housing. She serves as a member of the firm’s Racial Justice and Equity Group and is actively involved in the Boston chapter of the Boys and Girls Club.
