Jackson “Jax” England is an Associate in Foley’s Business Law Department and a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice Group. He brings a strong foundation in corporate law, transactional work, and entrepreneurial legal support. As a summer associate at Foley, Jax supported mergers and acquisitions by drafting key documents such as stock powers, officer certificates, and board resolutions. He also conducted legal research and statutory analysis.

Jax served as Associate Editor of the Law Review and Treasurer of the Student Bar Association at Penn State Dickinson Law. There, he also co-founded the Data Privacy, Information Security, and Cyber Law Society. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University, where he was a Dean’s List honoree and captain of the varsity swim and dive team.
