Jake Balducci focuses his practice on federal and state tax issues arising in representing financial institutions, developers, utilities, and other participants in energy, project finance, and leveraged lease transactions. He helps clients qualify for various federal and state tax incentives related to energy transition projects and investments.
Jake is a member of the Foley鈥檚 Taxation Practice Group and sits in the firm鈥檚 Washington, D.C. office. Prior to joining Foley, he was a global transaction tax intern at an international consulting firm.
