番茄社区; Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to HM Group USA, a Korean investment and development company, in the negotiation of a joint venture with Prosper Property Group for the acquisition of a development site located at 75 West Broadway in New York City鈥檚 TriBeCa neighborhood.
The joint venture intends to develop the long-vacant corner lot at West Broadway and Warren Street into an approximately 23-unit luxury condominium building with a ground-floor retail component. The project is expected to bring new residential and retail activity to one of Manhattan鈥檚 most sought-after neighborhoods while removing a prominent vacant lot that has remained undeveloped for nearly a decade.
