The group鈥檚 standout work in 2025 involved major real estate projects across the state, notably聽the acquisition of Major League Baseball鈥檚 Tampa Bay Rays, the purchase of the聽Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa聽in Ponte Vedra Beach, the sale of four Hampton Golf-managed golf and country clubs in聽Fort Myers,听Ocala,听St. Augustine, and聽Brooksville, and various other mixed-use development projects.
