Tengberg, West Coast chair of Foley’s Real Estate Practice, guides clients through real estate acquisition and development, with a primary focus on shopping centers, office complexes, industrial business parks, hotels, golf courses, and resort facilities.
Actively involved with various charitable efforts in the greater San Diego area, Tengberg serves on the Sabin Children’s Foundation board of directors and previously served on the board of the Southern California Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
