; Lardner LLP’s Of Counsel Dana Lach was mentioned in a The Bond Buyer article, “”, about the state of Wisconsin’s deal team for a bond refund program made up of almost exclusively women. Dana Lach was the lead for Foley who served as the bond counsel on the team.
In an effort to increase inclusion, equity, and diversity in the public finance sector Wisconsin’s debt manager, David Erdman, decided to assemble a team lead by women and minority staff. The goal of this initiative was to encourage firm’s to be more “intentional with respect to women, minorities, and disabled veterans taking on important responsibilities as part of the working group for state transactions,” Erdman said.
